Regional Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Manager to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the management of suppliers and guide the FAE team to ensure effective customer support.
- Develop and maintain a clear process for tracking opportunities from design to delivery, ensuring seamless handovers and registered resales.
- Document and review training needs for FAEs to enable them to effectively support the customer base.
- Collaborate with suppliers to produce suitable training for Future sales teams, enabling them to participate in discovery of opportunities in their customer base.
- Assist in maintaining the company's design database and manufacturer design registration schemes to ensure eligibility for design incentive bonuses.
- Work with sales management teams to agree on a focus/key customer-based strategy, identifying areas for profitable growth.
- Represent the UK technical team to suppliers and Future EMEA management, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronics and/or electronic distribution industry.
- Understanding of commercial imperatives in the distribution market, including margin and supplier management.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
