Job Description

We are seeking an Admissions Team Assistant (m/f/x) as a working student to join our dynamic team at our attractive location in Munich. As an organizational talent, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews with applicants, checking international university degrees, and preparing study contracts and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews with applicants and manage application materials
  • Verify international university degrees and prepare study contracts
  • Independently enter and maintain data records in our CRM tool

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student
  • Independent, organized, and professional approach to tasks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
