About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Strategist to join our team at Quantis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable solutions for our clients in the fashion and sporting goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement.
  • Lead projects to set and achieve sustainability targets, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Advocate for sustainable practices within clients' organizations, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and communicate project risks, working collaboratively with the project team to resolve issues and ensure project profitability.
  • Manage and deliver client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results that meet clients' expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, project management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the fashion and sporting goods sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability projects, with a focus on client relationships and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills highly desirable.
