Financial Planning Manager for Performance Marketing

As a leading AdTech company in Hamburg, Germany, exmox GmbH is shaping the future of performance marketing. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Planning Manager to strengthen our international team.
About the RoleThis position plays a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB, as well as developing related processes and guidelines.
- Developing, analyzing, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights to C-Level management and our international parent company AONIC.
- Conducting budget planning and forecasting, identifying risks, and opportunities for cost efficiency and growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IFRS & controlling, financial analysis, or related areas.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will receive:
