About the Role
As a key member of the ZEISS Group's global Workday team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's reporting and analytics strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement effective reporting and dashboarding solutions that meet the needs of the global HR community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with global process owners and subject matter experts to understand reporting needs and requirements.
- Design and implement technical and organizational structures to support reporting and analytics solutions.
- Create new reports and identify areas for improvement in reporting performance and quality.
- Research new system functionality and HR best practices to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Lead projects related to operational reporting and analytics solutions, including proof of concepts, project planning, and quality assurance.
- Establish and maintain reporting governance guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality.
- Build and manage a global reporting community within ZEISS, providing training and support to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday.
- Over 1 year of experience with Workday Reporting, Dashboards, and BIRT.
- First-hand experience with Workday Prism.
- General project management experience.
- Solution-oriented mindset and high IT affinity.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, with strong organization and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Consulting background is a plus.
