Job Title: Senior Communications Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team at PHOENIX Pharma SE. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and implement communication campaigns across various subject matters, including externally facing campaigns.
- Integrate communications efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic, consistent, and effective communications on key issues and initiatives.
- Generate content for internal and external communication channels, including the employee magazine, social media, and the company website.
- Uphold digital communication channels, including the employee app, intranet, and website.
- Manage a network of communicators in different countries, fostering collaboration and best-practice exchange amongst them.
- Identify, contract, and manage agencies engaged to support communications activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in in-house communications at a large, internationally operating company or the consultancy sector.
- Strong and broad experience in both internal and external communications, ideally in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Proven track record of working successfully with C-level executives and subject matter experts.
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in content creation for digital channels and social media.
- Native or near-native German speaker and fluent in English.
