Welcome to our team at the Blood and Plasma Donation Center in Erfurt (Rieth) We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality blood and plasma products to hospitals and medical institutions in Germany.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Station Manager to join our team at the Blood and Plasma Donation Center in Erfurt. As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative, operational, and strategic management of the donation center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the donation center, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

  • Coordinate and conduct training programs for staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Manage the donation center's budget, including forecasting, planning, and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or blood banking setting.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
