Senior Project Manager - Mobilfunk Site Rollout

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager, der unsere Mobilfunk Site Rollout-Prozesse optimiert und steuert. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Implementierung effizienter Prozesse und der Koordination zahlreicher Einzelprojekte spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Optimierung und Steuerung von Produktionsabläufen: Sie verantworten die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung der Prozesse zur Herstellung und Errichtung von Mobilfunkstationen.
  • Verankerung von Prozessen: Die derzeit auf L3-Ebene definierten Prozesse müssen in der gesamten Organisation ausgerollt und verankert werden.
  • Messbarkeit und Reporting: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Reporting-Team stellen Sie die Messbarkeit der Prozesse sicher, um den Durchsatz der Mobilfunkstationen im Vergleich zu den von der Rollout-Planung vorgegebenen Zielen zu messen.
  • Koordination und Synchronisation: Ihr Fokus liegt darauf, die Glasfaseranbindung mit dem Stationsausbau zu synchronisieren und die Stationen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit zu integrieren.
  • Qualitätsmanagement und Partnersteuerung: Sie stellen sicher, dass die von den Rollout-Partnern erbrachten Leistungen den vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
Profil
  • Erfahrung im Site Rollout Management und Steuerung von Partnerlandschaften: Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Management des Mobilfunk-Site-Rollouts und in der Steuerung von Partnernetzwerken mit.
  • Flexibilität und Problemlösungsfähigkeit: Sie sind in der Lage, flexibel auf unerwartete Herausforderungen zu reagieren und sorgen dafür, dass die Projekte dennoch erfolgreich und termingerecht abgeschlossen werden.
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Schulungserfahrung: Sie berücksichtigen lokale und kulturelle Gegebenheiten und sorgen dafür, dass Mitarbeitende in den verschiedenen Projekten und Standorten adäquat geschult werden.
  • Projektmanagement-Skills: Sie steuern mehrere parallellaufende Projekte und verlieren dabei nie den Überblick über das Gesamtziel.
