Metrology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Metrology Technician to join our team at HOLON. As a Metrology Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine calibration of precision measurement tools, equipment, and fixtures used in the manufacturing and development processes. You will also conduct detailed dimensional inspections of components and assemblies using optical scanners, and other advanced metrology equipment. Additionally, you will interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD data to ensure all measurements and tolerances meet design specifications. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in analyzing measurement data and producing reports to ensure components conform to required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to measurement accuracy and quality control. Your strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ability to interpret technical drawings will be valuable assets in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of calibration results, measurement data, and equipment performance. If you have a strong background in metrology and quality control, and are proficient with metrology tools such as optical scanners, CMMS, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement devices, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Metrology Technician with a strong background in metrology and quality control. You should have experience in a quality or metrology role, preferably in the automotive industry. You should be proficient with metrology tools such as optical scanners, CMMS, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement devices. You should also have a strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ability to interpret technical drawings.
