Job Summary:

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Health Coordinator to join our global Mobility business unit in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in developing and implementing safety protocols for construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with clients to define HSE requirements for construction companies
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation in compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct HSE training sessions for project teams
  • Perform site inductions and inspections to ensure compliance with safety measures
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance to project management and clients
  • Assist in audits and HSE review meetings to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in civil engineering, relevant technical training, or suitable qualifications for safety coordination. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as practical experience in a similar role.
