Education Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Education Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in advancing and innovating technology to support education and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the education industry.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product management teams to align sales efforts and market conditions.
  • Present SMART education solutions to decision-makers and executives within education customers.
  • Develop programs to drive the creation of local content available for Lumio.
  • Drive the SMART Certified Trainer Program and certified trainers to make training available in the region.
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase education solutions sales.
  • Identify potential alliances that may bolster SMART's presence in the education markets.
  • Provide support at local and regional trade shows, seminars, conferences, and customer events.
  • Identify third-party solutions that complement SMART education solutions.
  • Provide timely, high-quality sales activity reports.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-national team environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SMART's products and software.
  • Ability to present in front of large groups.
  • Good time-management, record-keeping, and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with educators.
  • Proven aptitude for developing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Experience with SMART products.

Additional Information:

  • This is a home-based role with up to 80% travel.
  • Seniority level: Associate.
