About the Role
We are seeking an intern to support the ISBN Customer Engagement & Advisory Team in MEE. The ideal candidate will assist in engaging with Procurement Sales teams and support a range of activities, including pipeline meetings, task tracking, presentation creation, and team enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating outgoing communication to the team, including newsletters, update emails, and presentations.
- Support the development of the Social Media Strategy for the team.
- Participate in team events and enablement activities.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the ISBN MEE Office, including tracking learnings and other tasks.
- Drive projects or regularly recurring tasks independently.
Requirements
- Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Business Economics, Procurement and Supply Chain, Business Informatics, or comparable fields of study.
- Computer skills: MS Office Professional, Sharepoint/MS Teams, Camtasia.
- Language skills: Excellent German and fluent English skills (both spoken and written).
- Soft skills: Open-minded personality, thorough problem-solving approach, team-orientation, creativity, flexibility, ability to work independently, fast learner with an eye for detail.
