About the Role

SAP is seeking an iXp intern to support the ISBN Customer Engagement & Advisory Team in MEE. As an intern, you will assist in engaging with Procurement Sales teams and support a broad range of activities, including pipeline meetings, task tracking, presentation creation, and outgoing communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate personal responsibility, flexibility, and a high level of motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating outgoing communication, such as newsletters, update emails, and presentations.
  • Support the Social Media Strategy for the team.
  • Support team events and enablement.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the ISBN MEE Office, including tracking learnings.
  • Drive projects or regularly recurring tasks independently.

Requirements

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Business Economics, Procurement and Supply Chain, Business Informatics, or comparable fields of study.
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills (both spoken and written).
  • Computer skills: MS Office Professional (especially pptx and xlsx), Sharepoint/MS Teams, Camtasia.
  • Soft skills: Open-minded personality, thorough problem-solving approach, team-orientation, creativity, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
