SAP-Experte für Innovation und Betrieb

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP-Experten, der unsere Innovation Labs für SAP erfolgreich betreibt und unsere Beraterteams unterstützt. Als Operations-Leiter wirst du eng mit unseren internationalen Kontakten zusammenarbeiten, um Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen Consulting, Tax und Audit zu managen.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du erstellst Konzepte von Fach- oder Systemarchitekturen und IT-Strategien sowohl im klassischen Umfeld als auch in Cloud-orientierten Systemen.
Du forcierst stetig die Optimierung des Target Operating Models für Innovation Labs for SAP. Dazu gehören auch die Planung und das interne und externe Reporting zu Service Portfolio, Nutzungsverhalten, Kosten und Budget.
Du bist für das Service Provider Management verantwortlich und führst regelmäßige Jour Fixe Termine durch.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Management des operativen Betriebes einer Systemlandschaft mit diversen SAP sowie non-SAP Systemen und Applikationen und das Design und die Implementierung von optimierten und automatisierten IT-Prozessen & Tools Tickettool, Kommunikationsplattform, Workflows, etc.
Die Verrechnung von Kosten für Subscriptions, Non-Commercial Licenses und additional Services werden von Dir unterstützt.
Die Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten runden Deine Tätigkeiten ab. Dabei arbeitest Du mit dem Innovation Labs Team insbesondere mit Technical- und Platform Leads zusammen.
Dein Profil:
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen SAP-Experten, der unsere Innovation Labs erfolgreich betreibt und unsere Beraterteams unterstützt. Du solltest über eine gewisse Entscheidungsfreude bringen und Erfahrungen mit agilen Projekten sowie klassischen Ansätzen haben. Eine Qualifikationsnachweis in TOGAF oder SAP-Zertifizierungen sind idealerweise vorhanden. Du solltest auch über eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein Arbeitsfähiges Englisch in Wort und Schrift verfügen.
