About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the inverter, MV station, and battery storage supply contract, ensuring compliance with obligations and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the inverter, MV station, and battery storage supply contract and ensure compliance with the obligations derived from it (scope of works, delivery dates, and budget) and customer satisfaction.
  • Main point of contact for the customer along the project, from the purchase order until the successful commissioning.
  • Coordinate internally subcontracted companies, the product management, sales, and service team in the context of the project.
  • Project technical documentation management.
  • Accompany the customer in FAT or SAT when required.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field. Your experience in technical design, technical sales, development, or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry is essential.

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
  • ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development, or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry.
  • English and German C1, other languages always welcome.
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and used to work on multitask and multi-project environments.
  • Knowledge about battery storage is a plus.
