Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at King and Moffatt in the Netherlands. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all site elements of assigned projects, ensuring full project deliverables are achieved, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, and other project-related activities.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour, and oversee the management of labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all relevant permits are in place, and execute commissioning and closeout plans.
  • Communication: Communicate changes to the Project team, maintain project quality reporting and monitoring, and update appropriate information to progress reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role, with a strong background in electrical operations and project management.
  • Qualifications: Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester, with people management experience and project management experience beneficial.
  • Skills: Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills, and willingness to do some travel if/when required.
