As a Professor of Higher Education, you'll play a key role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their academic and professional goals. Your responsibilities will include teaching academic modules, administering student assignments and exams, and providing consultation and mentoring to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching academic modules and delivering high-quality learning experiences
  • Administering student assignments and exams, and providing feedback and guidance
  • Providing consultation and mentoring to students, and helping them achieve their academic and professional goals
  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans, and continually evaluating and improving student outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and innovation in teaching and learning

Requirements:

  • PhD or DBA in a relevant field, or a Master's degree in a related field with significant teaching experience
  • Experience of teaching in higher education, preferably at University level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
