Job Title: Oracle Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Lead Consultant to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle EBS R SCM modules in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
  • Design and implement process improvements across multiple business units and geographies
  • Elicit requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes on Oracle EBS
  • Lead cross-functional discussions and finalize end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Execute and support functional testing, QA, SIT, and User Acceptance Testing, as well as production cut-over and post-production support
  • Work with technical teams on development activities, including data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports
  • Own quality deliverables for a globally distributed Oracle EBS implementation team, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure
  • Review solution design, functional specifications, and cross-functional solutions
  • Work with technical teams to execute performance tests, analyze, and resolve performance issues
  • Collaborate with BI teams for reporting solutions
  • Document process design, solution design, functional specifications, configurations, test scripts, process SOPs, training material, and keep data updated on defect tracking and ALM tools
Requirements:
  • Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R Modules – Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules
  • Experience as a solution lead in Oracle ERP-led transformations, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS capabilities
  • Responsible for leading requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support
  • Strong experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for high-transaction volumes, and good experience of performance testing of solutions
  • Experience in designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscapes
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes, including Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure Pay, and Master Data Management
  • Experience in handling integration with external partners/applications, such as Part Catalogs, trading partners – Suppliers & Customers, EDI in the European region
  • Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
  • Comfortable driving requirements workshops, CRPs, and Key Design Discussion sessions with clients
  • Oracle Certification is mandatory, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and third-party application teams, OCI, etc.
  • Managing client escalations in Supply Chain Planning areas
  • Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning modules will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired
