Your Role in Our Team
- You will be the primary point of contact for IT support for our German locations, with a focus on our Bremen site.
- You will work closely with the Field Support and Service Desk teams to resolve incidents and requests from end-users within agreed-upon SLAs.
- You will ensure the smooth operation of our software and hardware systems for controlling, securing, and monitoring industrial control systems in production environments.
- You will optimize our IT processes through proactive suggestions for improvement.
- You will be responsible for knowledge transfer within our 1st Level Germany organization.
- You will support 2nd and 3rd Level teams within the global IT organization and participate in projects.
- You will document processes, systems, and solution paths, and ensure the implementation and adherence to our global security guidelines.
Your Profile
- You have a broad understanding of IT concepts and first-hand experience in IT support and production-related IT.
- You are skilled at problem-solving.
- You have knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, printers, mobile phones, etc.).
- You have experience working with cloud services (M365, AWS).
- You are interested in industrial control systems and production-related systems.
- You understand dependencies and requirements from business and IT/production.
- You can handle diverse requirements and sometimes competing priorities.
- You enjoy working with people in an international environment.
- You have good German and English language skills.
