We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented First Level Supporter to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing timely and effective support to ensure seamless operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for first-level support, responding to internal user requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze, record, and classify support requests (tickets) to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Provide telephone, written, and personal support to internal users, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Meet response and processing times for support requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Resolve simple queries and escalate more complex issues to second-level support, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Support PCs, laptops, and printers in a client/server network environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent training in the IT sector.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Independent and goal-oriented work style, with a high degree of diligence, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Strong quality awareness, quick comprehension skills, and a confident, professional appearance.
