We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Development & Program Management team as a Strategic Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and shaping our company's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research on topics related to our strategic priorities, such as market trends, competitor analyses, and industry best practices.
- Identify and own information sources, gather and interpret data, and execute analyses to translate into meaningful insights for our Strategy Department.
- Work on strategic and highly relevant topics, such as expansion planning & execution, positioning, and operational improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to help our department make informed decisions, which may involve working with large data sets, creating spreadsheets or charts, and identifying trends or patterns.
- Support ongoing strategic projects and strategy processes by creating high-quality presentations for senior management.
- Studies in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a comparable course of study.
- Initial practical experience in relevant areas such as Strategy Consulting or Business Development.
- Excellent analytical skills and strength in prioritization.
- Independent, responsible, and structured approach to work, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Friendly, communicative, discrete, and motivated personality.
- Very strong MS Office skills - particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in both German and English.
