About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team at the Horstmann Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the Traunstein / Freilassing region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical service and maintenance tasks on our complex baking machines and equipment
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnose faults, making repairs as necessary
  • Document the current state of machines and completed work
  • Collaborate with our dispatch team to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Provide training and support to customers on our products and services
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with customers on complex technical products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Availability for on-call duties and occasional overnight stays
