Service Technician for Bakery Equipment

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to provide exceptional support to our valued customers in the Traunstein / Freilassing region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced bakery machinery.
Your Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise: Handle technical service requests for our sophisticated bakery machines and equipment. This includes performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing errors, and meticulously documenting all work performed.
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting in expanding our service offerings, delivering training sessions, and offering ongoing support to our clients.
- Technical Background: Possess a completed training in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrate experience in machine and plant construction, showcasing your practical knowledge and skills.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hold a valid driver's license.
- Language Skills: Demonstrate fluency in German and possess a good understanding of English.
- Commitment to Service: Show willingness to travel and be available for on-call duties, ensuring prompt and reliable service to our customers.
