Marketing Performance Specialist

About This Role

Audible is seeking a highly motivated Working Student in Mobile Performance Marketing to support our European Audience Acquisition Marketing Team based in Berlin.

As a Working Student - Performance Marketing, you will have the opportunity to act as project manager for specific projects within the realm of mobile marketing, working closely with our design team to ensure assets meet brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in-house performance marketing campaigns across four EU marketplaces (DE/FR/IT/ES)
  • Liaise with partner agencies on various marketing projects independently
  • Manage the creative briefing process with a test and learn approach to optimize asset performance
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure assets meet brand guidelines
  • Become an expert in AppStore Optimization
  • Analyze marketing reports, monitor performance, and create reports for stakeholders
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and set up A/B tests in networks and app stores
