Role Overview

turfcoach is a pioneering force at the intersection of agronomy and sports science, utilising cutting-edge technology to redefine sports turf management.

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Team Lead to join our team and drive technological advancements in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our backend systems
  • Develop and create systems tailored to our product's needs
  • Ensure code quality and apply best CI/CD practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend and infrastructure development
  • Proficiency in Python or Node.js, FastAPI, Pydantic, MongoDB
  • Experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Infrastructure experience with Heroku
