About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our tech squad, you will be responsible for guiding us through the digital maze with finesse and ensuring that our tech goals sync up with the big-picture vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and maintenance of backend systems
  • Design and implementation of tailored systems to meet our product's needs
  • Ensuring code quality and applying best CI/CD practices
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience in backend and infrastructure development, specifically in Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and MongoDB. Your expertise in TypeScript and Heroku infrastructure will be a plus.
