Business Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

Welcome to our Consortium Finances and Projects division. Our expertise lies in delivering customized financial solutions to our partner banks. Work in conjunction with financial institutions to support a diverse clientele, including small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, freelancers, agricultural sectors, and project financing. Your role will be crucial:

As a business customer advisor, you recognize the significance of fostering trust with clients and partners. Provide dependable assistance in credit and funding procedures for institutions such as savings banks, cooperative banks, and commercial/state banks. Assess credit applications, prepare necessary documentation, and make well-informed decisions. Broaden our financing network through presentations and participation in industry events. Contribute innovative concepts, manage special assignments, and support initiatives aimed at ensuring the bank's long-term sustainability.

Your qualifications:

Completed banking education with further qualifications or a relevant degree in finance. Strong commercial insight, including knowledge of public funding, and experience in evaluating the financial conditions of business clients and project financing. Several years of proven experience in business customer credit operations. You are an approachable, energetic, and personable individual who communicates effectively, works independently, and values being part of a skilled team driving sustainable initiatives in Schleswig-Holstein and beyond.
