INEOS Automotive is a global leader in the production of high-performance vehicles. We're seeking an experienced Senior Buyer - Supply Chain Optimization to join our team and drive the success of our procurement function.

The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled procurement expert who can source equipment and materials that meet our stringent technical and commercial requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering cost savings, improving supply chain efficiency, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Source equipment and materials that meet our technical and commercial requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
