Job Title: Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at BASF Digital Solutions GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and delivery of the SWIFT platform, including organizing and overseeing the efforts of multiple development squads to ensure timely delivery and successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and delivery of the SWIFT platform, including organizing and overseeing the efforts of multiple development squads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities of the platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery and successful deployments of the platform.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, development teams, and operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business process modeling and software design, including platform architecture design, resource planning, and estimation.
  • Full stack development expertise and experience in project management and coordination.
  • High comfort level with software and smart technologies.
  • Experience developing and delivering leadership-level communications.
  • Familiarity with core EHS processes in the chemical manufacturing industry or similar industries is a plus.
