Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Clinical Product Supply Manager, der unsere Qualitätssicherung und Produktqualität weiterentwickeln möchte.
HauptraumAls Clinical Product Supply Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung und Produktqualität von klinischen Prüfpräparaten. Du wirst die Qualitätssicherung und Produktqualität von klinischen Prüfpräparaten sicherstellen, indem du die internen und externen Prozesse überprüfst und verbessert.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Sicherstellung von Produktqualität und GMP-Compliance bei Herstellung, Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprozessen
- Bewertung und Genehmigung von Änderungen (Changemanagement)
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Product Specification Files (PSF)
- GMP-Support und Beratung der Herstellbetriebe
- Unterstützung der Planung von Änderungen (Produkttransfers, Einführung neuer Applikationssysteme, Änderungen von Equipment/Facility/Utilities) und der Etablierung neuer TPMs
- Etablierung einheitlicher Standards für externe Herstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch Vergleich der Ansätze bei unterschiedlichen Partnern
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (vorzugsweise der Pharmazie, Chemie oder Biologie) bzw. Fachhochschulstudium (z.B. Pharmatechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie)
- Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in Qualitätssicherung, Herstellung oder Prüfung von Arzneimitteln, bevorzugt auch im Bereich der Arzneimittel-entwicklung/klinische Prüfpräparate
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung, Herstellung und Prüfung von Arzneimitteln
- Gute Kenntnisse der internationalen GMP-Anforderungen (D, EU, US), Grundkenntnisse der Durchführung klinischer Studien (EU Clinical Trial Regulation) und der Zulassung von Arzneimitteln; Grundkenntnisse in den Regularien zu Medizin- und Kombinationsprodukten (EU, US) erwünscht
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen mit systematischer Analyse komplexer Situationen zur Identifizierung von Problemen und effektiven Problemlösungsstrategien
- Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen im cross-funktionalen und globalen Umfeld
- Klare und logische Vermittlung von Qualitätsinhalten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
- Ausgeprägte Netzwerk-orientierte Arbeitsweise und Aufbau tragfähiger Beziehungen mit externen Partnern
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
