We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) development team in St. Leon-Rot, Germany.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for modeling and implementing HCM solutions for SAP S/4HANA and the Cloud. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop high-quality solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HCM solutions for SAP S/4HANA and the Cloud
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and provide expert advice on HCM solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code to ensure reliability and efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and HCM functionality
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
