Data-Tech-AI Partner Tech Consulting Lead

At Genpact, we are seeking a highly skilled Data-Tech-AI Partner Tech Consulting Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technology transformation opportunities within large organizations and delivering strategic recommendations to enable overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish strong relationships with key and prospective accounts to understand their technology priorities and business needs.
• Bring strong technology advisory experience to elevate client perspectives, offerings, and outcomes.
• Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CIO and CTO levels across buying centers.
• Responsible for driving growth within a regional or global portfolio, ranging from $10m to $35m, through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships.
• Build vision for portfolio and enable vision through strategic roadmaps, including creation and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts.
• Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions for clients.
• Keep teams and services apprised of relevant technology trends and opportunities that can add value to clients and accelerate growth.
• Constantly build and maintain subject matter expertise.
• Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement.
• Build industry-relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated, and scaled.
• Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing relevant white papers.
• Evaluate the structure, policies, operations, current tech stack, people, and ways of working of a client and recommend a transformation vision, including process, products, and data, that enables the client to achieve its goals.
• Translate recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and customer roadmap.
• Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for clients.
• Responsible for the full end-to-end lifecycle of the entire team, including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance and firing team members.
• Provide leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring, and development of staff.
• Consults with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues.
• Builds meaningful relationships and community within the team.
• Ensure new staff are trained in an efficient and effective way.
Qualifications We Seek in You
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or master's/MBA in technology and engineering, data management, or related fields.
• Relevant years of experience driving technology transformation for large organizations.
• Experience of platform modernization, including microservices, APIs, containerization, and cloud.
• Experience of technology strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, and technology delivery.
• Experience of different insurance-specific platforms and technologies, e.g., data extraction, AI, policy administration, rating, workbench, claims, billing, and workflow.
• Strong insurance experience across GI, Commercial, and L&P.
• Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within the industry.
• Experience of aligning business design/target state with target state enterprise architecture and technology delivery.
• Work with enterprise architects, business design, and technology delivery leads.
• Define a critical path for delivery, identifying transition states.
• Experience of technology delivery and managing SI partners to ensure progress is in line with roadmap.
• Comfortable aligning different parts of the IT organization, e.g., DevOps, IT security.
• Experience of flexing across different IT situations, e.g., IT current state assessment, IT spend review, architecture assessment, run client RFP for tech selection, etc.
• Must be a self-starter, e.g., preparing ppt, producing proposals.
• Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience with global clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques.
• Knowledge of project planning techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with effectively influencing C-level customer and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation and drafting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent problem solver, hyper logical, and goal-oriented thinker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation skills – in person and virtually.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Able to create and maintain relationships easily.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
• Masters/MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management.
• Experience with MIRO, MS Visio, and various project management applications.
• Well-connected in the market to generate new leaders for the business.
• Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black belt).
