Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Consultant to join our team at Front Row. As an Ecommerce Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in growing their online business through expert advice on e-commerce and Amazon-related topics.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on e-commerce and Amazon-related topics
- Develop and implement growth-focused measures to enhance project success and client satisfaction
- Set up cross-divisional measures to optimize project outcomes
- Support colleagues in their client projects by sharing Amazon channel expertise
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ecommerce, with a strong emphasis on Amazon (Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central)
- Ideal experience in an agency, consultancy, or with a large brand involved in marketplace selling
- Commitment to taking ownership of projects and showcasing a highly customer-oriented approach
- Self-initiative, prioritization of tasks independently, and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong analytical capabilities, conceptual strength, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English
- Interesting insights into several companies from traditional German and international brands to online pure players
