Key Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Conxai Technologies GmbH, you will be responsible for making our AI-first SaaS solutions super easy to use and accessible by non-tech users. You will balance user needs and business objectives with technology constraints.

In this critical role, you will work closely with our business and technology leads, as well as external stakeholders, to drive innovation and growth.

  • Take full ownership of user journey and experience
  • Drive ideation workshops internally and with client teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Enhance our products' experience by incorporating new usability concepts and design principles
  • Design prototypes and test them with end-users to validate concepts
  • Regularly improve our products through data-driven testing and optimization
  • Contribute to product vision and success by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as UI/UX design, interaction design, information design, or a comparable qualification
  • 4+ years of experience in user experience design of B2B SaaS Products
  • Experience in evaluating user needs and validating concepts with end-users through prototyping and testing
  • Experience in Design Thinking and human-centered design
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
