Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a committed Lead Frontend Developer to drive the sustainable evolution of the Jedox platform's frontend, ensuring excellence in delivery for our clients. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the KPI-driven performance for our platform users. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining visual frontend elements for the Jedox platform.
  • Contributing to the global design framework, including the execution of various components.
Moreover, you will be instrumental in:
  • Engaging as a key participant throughout the software development lifecycle, covering refinement, design, prototyping, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Assessing new technologies to address emerging requirements or to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Working closely with product management, implementation services, quality assurance, and support teams.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers within the team to bolster their skills.
  • Facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your Profile

You are a seasoned software developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience and a proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

  • 4+ years of experience in Software Development.
  • Capability to mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their development and implementation skills.
  • Proficiency in leading discussions with stakeholders such as PM, QA, and implementation services on technical and strategic development matters.
  • Adept at managing cross-team tasks and serving as the primary contact for cross-team technical challenges.
  • Fluent in modern Java Spring or React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Skilled in writing clean code, applying design patterns, and conducting unit testing.
  • Familiar with CSS, HTML, and UI design languages.
  • Experienced in developing responsive web-based user interfaces.
  • Knowledgeable in CI/CD and development toolchains such as Git/GitHub.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, such as Scrum or similar methodologies.
