We are looking for a skilled Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our team at Exide Technologies GmbH in Büdingen, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative and sustainable battery storage solutions for automotive and industrial applications.

We serve the OEMs, projects, and the replacement market with top-quality traction batteries and chargers for electric vehicles. Our innovative lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries power material-handling vehicles and robotics. As a Customer Satisfaction Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing all preventive and corrective actions and activities needed to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing all preventive and corrective actions and activities needed to meet customer requirements
  • Leading cross-functional teams focused on customer expectations, needs, and requirements
  • Preparing, participating, and following up on customer audits
  • Reviewing and analyzing audit results and customer requests/claims and sharing them across the plant
  • Participating in internal audits (system, process, and product)
  • Participating in new projects and product/process homologations and re-qualifications
  • Performing awareness and training actions according to customer requirements
  • Monitoring and updating KPIs related to the customer (PPM, warranties, non-conformities, claims status, etc.)
Requirements
  • Knowledge and interpretation of international quality standards – mainly ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949
  • Understanding and application of quality tools (SPC, 8D, and FMEA)
  • Understanding customer requirements and focus on their satisfaction
  • Demonstrating deep understanding of customer's needs and expectations

  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
