Alstom, a leading company in the rail industry, is seeking an experienced Railway Documentation Specialist to join their team. This dynamic role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of Alstom's projects and operations.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in technical writing and documentation management. As a Railway Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality maintenance documentation for bogies and drives. Your excellent communication skills and experience in coordinating teams will enable you to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including engineers and project managers.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of bogie and drives maintenance documentation
- Plan activities for the creation of maintenance documentation in line with project and customer requirements
- Retrieve input data necessary for the creation of maintenance documentation, including sub-supplier input
- Manage internal and external subcontracting to technical writers
- Ensure information exchange with other engineering functions (design, RAMS, LCC)
- Manage internal/external customer feedback
- Optimize maintenance documentation workload and budgets
- Evaluate and capitalize on Return of Experience
Your Benefits
As a Railway Documentation Specialist at Alstom, you can expect a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
