We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Energy Analyst to join our team at Longevity Partners B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking environmental assessments, liaising with clients, and providing design advice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct environmental assessments using third-party methodologies such as BREEAM, LEED, and WELL.
- Liaise with client stakeholders to develop assessment criteria.
- Conduct BREEAM BIU and BNC Pre-Assessment and provide design advice.
- Produce evidence requirements for BREEAM credits.
- Prepare gap analysis reports to improve asset-level ESG performance.
- Manage project deadlines and resources.
- Produce reports and provide advice to clients and project teams.
- Attend site visits to review progress against sustainability targets.
- Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes and distributing actions.
- Complete relevant training to become certified as an assessor.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ESG topics relevant to the real estate investment sector.
- Excellent numerical ability and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to produce structured reports summarizing results and justifying conclusions.
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Master's degree in Environmental Sciences or related subject.
- LEED, WELL, or BREEAM AP qualification (desirable).
- Fluency in German and professional level English required.
