About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at Althoff Hotels. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions, including salary, benefits, and taxes, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and tax codes.
- Provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including payroll history and benefits information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
