Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and drive sales.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the grocery or fresh produce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
