About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
