About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions. This will involve establishing a strategy of continuous delivery risk management, ensuring proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions
  • Establish a strategy of continuous delivery risk management
  • Be accountable for the technical leadership regarding the delivery
  • Share business values of new SAP solutions to customers
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships
  • Proactively gather feedback from key business users
  • Prepare estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required
  • Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production
  • Act as a single point of responsibility over delivery-related matters

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of SAP project methodologies
  • Experience in working with SAP Solution Manager
  • Understanding of SAP extensions principles and options
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation approaches
  • Agile development experience
  • High-level understanding of several SAP products capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in governing project delivery
