About the Role

As a Project Delivery Manager at 360T, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects within the FX industry. Your primary focus will be on project delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, organizational goals, and project objectives.
  • Analyze customer business needs through interviews, document review, workshops, and process descriptions to identify potential for automation.
  • Translate business requirements into development tasks using standard templates and clear language, facilitating effective communication among multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requirement prioritization and development pipeline alignment with customers, product managers, IT, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Define and document testing needs to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.
  • Provide support and guidance to sales teams, including pre-sales assistance, training staff, and facilitating knowledge transfer to client support teams.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong knowledge and understanding of the financial industry, particularly in foreign exchange (FX) and OTC trading as well as treasury processes. Experience working in or with financial institutions, investment banks, or trading firms is highly desirable.
