About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Management Specialist to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce costs
  • Manage vehicle handovers, including familiarization, damage recording, and log maintenance
  • Coordinate with leasing companies, car dealers, and service providers to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and maintenance
  • Monitor vehicle deliveries and ensure timely receipt of new vehicles
  • Process and manage contract administration, including invoice verification and approval
  • Retrieve vehicles from employees leaving the company and conduct internal driving license checks
  • Process reduced value appraisals of leasing returns and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email in local language and English
  • Process daily mail, including tax assessment notices, administrative offenses, and information letters
Requirements
  • Completed professional training in business, preferably with advanced education in Fleet Management and Procurement
  • Professional experience as a fleet professional for fleets over 2000 vehicles or implementation manager with sales experience in a vehicle leasing company
  • Ability to define processes in coordination with the Site Manager and contribute to internal projects
  • Fluent German and business-level English language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel
