About the Role

Munich Re is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to lead global HRIT projects and drive process consulting for integrated IT solutions in Human Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for co-leading global HRIT projects, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, and developing detailed project plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead global HRIT projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements, plan and manage process workshops, and steer decision-making, documentation, and communication
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including interface mappings, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and develop mitigation measures
  • Support change activities to increase awareness and adoption of digital tools and processes

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in global project management roles, with a focus on process consulting for integrated IT solutions in Human Resources. You should have experience with market-leading systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in global project management roles with a focus on process consulting for integrated IT solutions in Human Resources
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to keep the big picture in mind and strong attention to detail to bring projects to completion
  • Proven experience of managing stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills, proven ability to work with leaders
