Job Title: Junior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team at DDB Health Germany. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with the client service team, creative department, and production team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initial scoping to creative execution, studio, and production
  • Develop and maintain project scope, monitor and track scope creep, and drive updates
  • Manage agency/client workflow, including proactive creation of multichannel timing plans and maintenance of internal status reports
  • Establish and maintain project and/or program communications through project
  • Proactively manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including running internal status meetings and maintenance and approval of all project documentation
  • Evaluate creative and production against brief, budget, requirements, and brand guidelines for client service review
  • Partner with production specialists as required, approve production decisions where necessary, and maintain oversight of delivery and budget
  • Responsible for building and nurturing new supplier relationships
  • Drive maximum utilization and recoverability of resource
  • Maintenance of file repositories and DAM systems and monitor version control
  • Set up post-project review meetings and gather feedback for internal and external measurement of KPIs
  • Ownership of daily internal stand-ups

Requirements:

  • Business-level English and German language skills
  • Ability to learn and grow from successes and mistakes
  • Risk-centric with good knowledge of risk anticipation and mitigation, able to communicate risk status with authority
  • Clearly and concisely communicates next steps and ownership of output across the project team
  • Hunger for personal development and knowledge across all channels of production
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to control and report on costs and budgets
