Job Description
As a Test Engineer in our Laboratory Testing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functional and certification requirements of our eVTOL systems are verified. You will work closely with system designers and developers to validate the systems' airworthiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test procedures for aircraft systems development and requirements formal verification.
- Support the development, installation, and operation of the laboratory, as well as its integration with the aircraft systems.
- Ensure test procedures and test cases validation, traceability, and proper documentation.
- Develop test cases for manual and/or automated execution in the test equipment.
- Identify and document test results and, if applicable, deviations.
- Troubleshoot issues or deviations.
- Set up, configure, and validate the test equipment before each test execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on Aerospace Engineering being a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience working with systems test benches or laboratories.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Aircraft Avionics systems.
- At least 3 years of experience with Requirements Engineering.
- Knowledge of system schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Software development knowledge, particularly in Python.
