Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor

King and Moffatt is seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our EHSQ department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015.
  • Develop and implement effective RAMS and task-specific SPAs to ensure safe working practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate and follow up on all non-compliances, accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Collate and analyze accident statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain K&M document management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the development of EHSQ training requirements and programs for all departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health and Safety.
  • Knowledge of third-party accreditations and manual handling trainer and VDU assessor certifications.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
