About the Role

The HRS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Tax Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our global tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tax processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective tax management
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and audits to ensure compliance and minimize risk
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and adapt our tax strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with external advisors to ensure best-in-class tax advice
  • Provide tax guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tax and finance, with a strong background in international tax law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex tax information to non-finance colleagues
