Energy Billing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Billing Specialist to join our team at E Drive GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all energy contracts across various countries to support our European electric vehicle charging network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure and manage energy contracts to ensure seamless operations of our charging network
  • Oversee all aspects of energy billing, from invoice verification to processing and payment
  • Validate energy bills, resolve discrepancies, and track expenses to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Generate monthly energy reports detailing consumption, costs, and efficiency metrics to inform business decisions
  • Analyze energy usage data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Energy Management, Environmental Science, or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in energy procurement, contract management, and billing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with electric mobility and the charging infrastructure industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of energy regulations and sustainability practices to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software to effectively manage and analyze energy data
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
